Customers can use their own shipping accounts (DHL, FedEx, Purolator, UPS) or can use Iridian\u2019s shipping service. For their own shipping account, they must provide details as requested during the check-out process.<\/p>\n

Iridian\u2019s shipping service includes a fixed fee per shipment for shipping and handling based on the country of destination. This fee will be added to the total cost. Iridian ships with FedEx.<\/p>\n

The terms of all shipments are DDU – that is to say, the buyer is responsible for any customs issues and for the payment of any import related duties or taxes.<\/p>\n

For Canadian customers, appropriate GST or HST taxes will be added according to the Province of Delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any PST taxes if such are applicable in addition.<\/p>\n

Our web-store products are normally stocked in inventory and shipment will be within two business days from the receipt of the order. If there is any temporary exception to this the customer will be notified.<\/p>\n
